HELP! OptimizePress Experts Only - URGENT

Help Help!

Had launch all set up--gateway and cookies set perfect! Launch set for tomorrow. Then had an big affiliate send this morning one day early!---pulled cookies--now need to fix! Help!

We keep getting caught in loop. Thanks!

* Gateway needs to be reset as someone jumped the launch and mailed early

* The client removed the gateway and now is having cookie issues
with people that previously signed up.

The Fix Needs to Involve:

1) Resetting the Gateway and

2) Helping find a way to allow previously signed up (early users)
to rejoin the members area

    You can just send the people that opted in already the link that cookies their computer.

    The link should have a ?setuser=1199 at the end of it. That is where the cookies are set and will allow your signups to watch the launch videos.


    I am assuming they already signed up so send a broadcast with the original url but add that to the end of it and they should start seeing the launch videos.

      Thanks! Still sending me in a loop with the new setup. We tried that in the auto responder the current users are OK new people will loop still?

        I don't understand how they are being looped. That should set the cookie on their computer to allow them to see the product launch videos.

        In fact, I deleted my cookies on my perpetual launch setup and was able to recookie my computer by link with that ending.

        Then it should simply be sending them the link to each video.

        Something sounds really screwy.
