If you have many email accounts (as many do here),

Can we set up a system where emails comming to email addresses

Email1@hotmail. com
Email2@ hotmail. com
Email3@hotmail. com
Email4@hotmail. com
Email5@hotmail. com
Email6@hotmail. com

Email7@hotmail. com
(Automatically set up to receive emails from emails 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6)

It would be some Notification software, some script or even some basic hotmail notification settings to ammend?

    I use forwarding e-mail addresses that send e-mails
    to my main e-mail address.

    However, this is for my domain only, not Hotmail or
    any other.

    I use Hostgator and within cpanel you need to go to
    Forwarders and then set-up each e-mail address you
    want to forward.

    E.g.

    payments@example.com -> main@example.com
    enquiry@example.com -> main@example.com

    etc.

    That's how I do it anyways.

    It's possible to set-up forwarding e-mails with GMail but
    I don't know if that's possible with Hotmail.

    Here's a video on how to forward e-mails within Hotmail
    to another e-mail account:

      Cheers for the video it helps.

      There must be a way to do this in hotmail too, making all hotmail emails come to one email address?

    You can also just configure a desktop email application such as outlook, thunderbird, or even windows mail.

    Then all your emails come into once nice and tidy email box. You can get fancy and create rules and folders for specific emails arriving and they will get placed in the respective folders.

    This is what i do and I am managing about 15 email address easily like this.
