Squeeze Page Problem : Please read

I need help warriors.
I have just managed to design a small squeeze page throygh the use of niche list builder but I don't know how to uplod the site to my domain. I have hosted the domain but I need a step by step guide on how to upload the page.

    get "filezilla". You would/should have an FTP account on your hosting, use your login information in filezilla, connect to the host.

    Upload whatever in the folder belonging to your site. Usually "index.php", "index.html" or something.

    Should do it.
