Anyone know of a good broker to help me flip some of my sites?

I'm trying to unload 3 or 4 sites this month, but could use some help. I've never used Flippa before, so I'm wary about trying to sell there, expecially with 0 feedback and history. I don't mind giving a cut if I can get these turned around fast. Shoot me a pm if you think you can help. Thanks.

    Don't worry about not having a history on flippa. If your ad there is well thought out, and you can prove some sort of revenue, or page rank, or number of exact searches a month, you'll have no issues selling it.

    Any idea how many x monthly rev you typically get over there? I have some sites that are a few months, others 6-12+. I'm just concerned about trying to flip then site going for much less than I would want to sell it for.

    Also heard that people sometimes have second thoughts and like to chargeback with paypal. This is all hearsay of course. What's been your experience with Flippa?

      I've never had an issue with chargebacks, but if i'm promising traffic or adsense revenue, I use an escrow system. The customer buys, puts the money in escrow, and has the site for a week. They are able to see that it's earning, and then the sale is completed.

      My formula for pricing is usually like this: monthly income x 12 plus listing fees.
