Clickbank Rufund Question

So I have purchased a WP plugin through Clickbank that does not work and the creator of the plugin won't get back to me via email.

Does anyone know how I can go about getting a refund from CB?

On your Paypal receipt for your purchase, look at the bottom for a section entitled: Customer Service, click the link with Clickbank , on the next page click "Click here to get support". Then select more options, then refund request. Select your reason then Send. Good luck. It's easier than it sounds. In a few days you'll get your money back.

My wife bought a product like that once. the original Clickbank product owner had abandoned the site and support, but the sales funnel was working. After no product delivery and support, we ultimately had to get our bank force this transaction to cancel.

Submit a support ticket to clickbank. It is included in the email when you first purchased the product.
