Warriors what do you think about the design of my first squeeze page?

Hello warriors,
This is the first squeeze page I designed. What do you guys think and any advices for me to build more stylish pages in the future?

        May I offer a couple of little observations, Marian?

        (i) "Subscribe" is misspelled (the "b" is missing)

        (ii) The patterned/textured style of lettering in the line "Get on the early bird list" looks rather difficult to read, with those silvery shades against the blue background.

        There is too much colour for my eyes, it is too shocking.

        My improvements
        -Try a dark background and a white message colour.
        -Add some content to it
        -What is the mastermind group social training? again add some more content
        -Add some bullets, stating the benifits
        -Add a headline in red bold,
        -remove alot of the blue, it is too much for my eyes
        -Change the pink Subscribe text to a less shocking alternative.

          Actually I was asked by someone to make a squeeze page with only that text.
          I know it's supposed to have more text.

          I agree with Alexa and Matt but would also replace that graphic of the guy who looks like he's doing a sobriety test.

          The header looks like it's "squashed" for a lack of better description. And yes, definitely put in a bit more info on what this group is all about.

            I agree, but I suspect that the guy doing the sobriety test and the squashing of the heading are down to the way the image has been reproduced here rather than appearing exactly like that on the original?

              I'm pretty sure it isn't squashed down, look at the picture of the lady that isn't squashed. I think it has to do with how he placed that in there (probably from another image he had).

    Yep, totally lost as to what your website is about. Is this a peeping Tom mastermind group? I see a lady behind the side with a guy that looks like he walking a tightrope to get a glimpse.

    No really though, I think your images need to reflect what your website about, it looks like you just picked some random ones and threw it in there.

    The textured "Get on the early bird list" has to go as others have said.

      It's too much, if you know what I mean, and is it me or is the image to much stretched out in it's width?

      Also the ''Get on the early bird list" needs a color like red or something.

        Ok, considering that this is your first page design I'll try not to be too critical


        Remember, usability is very important part of web design and marketing in general. And this page is everything but user friendly. It took me like 10 seconds to decipher what's written on it. There are too many different font styles that make it really hard to read. Internet users are spoiled today and if you don't capture their attention in first few seconds you've just lost potential customer.


        I suggest you to get the book called "The non-designer's design book". It explains basic design principles such as contrast, alignment, repetition etc. I'm sure you'll find it useful.


        After you're done reading the book you'll see by yourself what was wrong with this page and how to make it better.

        Just keep practicing
