Professional Marketing Companies

I was thinking about hiring a professional marketing company to advertise some of my products, the only problem is I have no idea how they charge, whether it's a CPA based deal or a flat payment where they design the campaign and charge for that.

Anyone know of any good ones either freelance or larger company?

    have you considered any of the Warrior members, I suspect many of them are just as good or better than what I would call professional marketing companies
