Selling domain with 'reserve'

I would like to sell .com domain with 'reserve', i.e. if there are no bidders at the price I expect - I see the value to keep domain and build it further on my own.

What's the best place to do it that supports "reserves" with lowest fees?
Ebay? anything else?

I don't think it's a bad idea at all but I do think...

    ...is a bad idea.

You want to sell your domain for the best price so you want you're domain to be seen by those who are willing to spend higher prices.

You might miss out on a great sale if you are advertising to the penny pinchers. You're not going to sell a Picasso for a million if it's on the shelves at Wal-Mart.

    I'm all about that bass.

Extra piece I forgot to mention is that this domain is very valuable to the group of about 10 vendors in this market. So essentially I want to announce auction to all of them and let them bid against each other, but reserve my vision of value for it.

Sedo lets you set your minimum price (which has to be at least $60). You can also entertain offers. If you get an offer, you can choose to negotiate it or send the domain to a one-week auction, with the offer as the starting bid. There's more to it than that, but that's it in a nutshell.

My point is - if there are no bidders above my reserve - I want to work on it myself. Does supports reserves?

With Sedo it would never make it to auction in the first place unless you had a bidder at your minimum price, so that would fundamentally act as a reserve. If you have no offers at your minimum within a certain amount of time, you can remove the domain from the marketplace and do whatever you want with it. There are no listing fees, so no big gamble.

Besides E-bay will be digitalpoint, there are no fees.
