What Else Can I Do to Help My Affiliates?

Hey guys and girls, I run an affiliate program at 20k Leveling Guide and I'm wondering what I can add to make it better.

Right now I have high converting emails, tons of banners, ways to get in touch with me, an email subscriber list with helpful daily tips, etc. I even offer to do things like interviews and link to affiliates in order to boost their google juice. Since I have a highly popular blog and a host of social media sites in the niche I'm selling, I can instantly get them traffic in several ways.

My question is, what am I not doing?

I am currently working hard on these forums helping new affiliates learn to market to the wow niche but I'm starting to wonder if maybe there's a point where you can only put so much time in to it. Any ideas on what I can do or places I can advertise? So far this forum has been great with three new affiliates in the first day, so I will definitely keep mixing it up in here.

    If you're struggling to find good affiliates in the niche it may be that you need to focus on one of two things:

    1) Stop worrying about affiliates (since they're not helping) and focus on dominating the market single-handedly

    2) Convince good internet marketers (like the members here) that it's a good niche to work in. Then they'll build sites for it.

    What about the detailed stats and reports? do you provide enough information there. Affiliates need good statistics of their traffic in order to optimize their campaigns
