Now! I am a affiliate of Team Beachbody. My title as
a Beachbody Coach is to help promote&sell fitness program
(P9OX,Turbofire,RevAbs,etc...)and nutritionals supplements
(Shakeology,Slim&Shake Special,etc...).

So, I want to know if this would be a good way,
to sale there product?I believe in selling myself first!
To let them know I take fitness serious.Plus, have

I would create a blog where you post extremely useful fitness tips and really promote it to get readers and start building a relationship, fan base, etc.

Then you can pitch them your products.

If you have some free time, I'd strongly reccomend you check out this interview with Eben Pagan - it has tons of information directly related to your question.

If you don't, just as a general rule of thumb, I'd say it's better to use your talent to promote your brand and sites, and not to sell your products. Products usually don't sell because the seller is qualified - they sell because the product is qualified.

You have videos... That you made?! SWEET! Use those to the full extent! Make sure they're on YouTube and you've got some links pointing back to your site that way. Post the videos on your blog. Post your videos on other video hosting sites as well!

Then target your keywords and competition (the standard research) and backlink backlinks backlink - to your blog and videos.

Sounds like you've got something Golden in the works! Especially if it's something you're passionate about... I'm sure you already know of or are active on fitness forums.

You've got a lot of options to consider.

      CHEERS!
