Interactive post in Wordpress?

Has anyone found a plugin that will allow an interactive post in Wordpress?

For an example, you could have a question like, "What color of shoes do you like?" When the user selects a color, the remainder of the article changes to be specific to whatever color they choose.

not seen anything that will do what you ask...
I have done something like that with squeeze pages.
ask "what interests you most..." and have 2-3 choices.

a big issue would be that the choice would HAVE to
be from a pre-set list otherwise someone would enter
"sky-blue-pink" and the script would have to be able to
return some response or lock up!

the only issue I see with what you are asking? why?
what benefit do you perceive coming from this choice?

  I think we are trying to do something similar. I want to have 3-4 choices in a poll and you can pick one. At that point, the remainder of the article is tailored to the person's choice.
  
  You're exactly right, this could be used in a customized squeeze page.
  
  I'm new to affiliate marketing and I'm trying to find out what tools (plugins, etc.) have been created for wordpress to do something like this.
