Which Membership Site Theme?

Hi Everyone,
I am looking for a Wordpress Membership Theme, can anyone suggest one?

I am doing seminars for wellness/stress reduction techniques and would like a wordpress site with pages about each activity, but have a private membership area with videos for those who have taken the seminar; can anyone suggest a suitable theme.

      Hi Paul,

      OptimizePress is my favourite theme, it's very easy to use and it has a very user-friendly interface.

      I would also recommend Wishlist Member as your membership. I'm using it for quite a long time and it's pretty simple to use.

      Also, Wishlist has a nice feature that is great for courses/ seminars. It allows you to move your members from one lesson to another after a specific period of time (or add them to another level instead). It's called Sequential Upgrade feature.

    Yep another here for OptimizePress theme, however I'm using the MemberSonic plugin for my membership works great does what I want and more.

    I love OptimizePress but honestly can't recommend it (in terms of design) for a membership site unless it is IM related.

    For what you're offering, I would definitely suggest you look for a premium theme from a site like themeforest.net and take some time to set it up yourself or outsource. One membership script that I've recently come to like (especially if you want to use Buddypress with your membership) is WPMU Membership. It's pretty simple, and they do have great support.

    S2Member can also work, which is free. Just depends what you're doing.

    I just used the old Kubrick theme and set it to my colors.
    Who cares what the back end looks like?

    Spend the money on the sales page.

    I use S2member for all my membership sites and use the same technique I mentioned above.

    You can use it as a stand alone or you can integrate it with WordPress. It also integrates with several payment processors.
