Just signing up, not the transaction fees. It was so long ago that I signed up I don't remember.

    No, there are no fees for signing up, just a fee for transactions.

    Like Lambs said, no fee to sign up but they want you to be verified so that means either a CC number or a bank account. And it is 3.9% +$0.30 a transaction.
