I'm looking for a long term accountability partner.
Here's a list of things that I'd like to share with another IMer:
Mutual support
Chat about individual projects
Motivate one another
Hold each other accountable for reaching deadlines
Push me towards my goals (and vice-versa)
Bounce ideas around
Share tips
Pull you up when your down
Encouragement
Be honest and tell you the truth (this is a must)
Swap end of day activity emails
I don't mind working with someone locally or in a different time zone. I have a full time 9 -5 so I IM late into the night and weekends.
