Spinning Speed and Content Conversion Accuracy

About the need to spin content for the purpose of avoiding duplication penalties, PLUS gaining the ability to submit nearly 100% unique material to the most powerful authoritative sites...

Countless rumors exist, plus much conflicting detail concerning both the AMOUNT or PERCENTAGE of content needed to meet CopyScape demands...

Additionally making this topic one that remains filled with confusion is the fact that, of course, some authors are willing to settle for the mere 30% difference required to get that content online successfully. Conversely, most expert authors and authority sites nearly DEMAND that content be as close to 100% fresh, as possible.

Surely it is understandable why some online authors, content creators, webmasters, and writers may do as little text changing as possible... the greatest reason revolves around the issue of QUICKNESS and submission speed. In other words, with so many online tasks to fulfill when running one or more websites, there is usually very little time available to write and rewrite essentially EVERY single piece of content for submission.

Yet, the bottom line is this -- there are those gifted and/or hard-working individuals who take the time to actually CREATE brand NEW stories, content, and articles -- versus those who merely go out and find that same fresh and interesting material, COPY it, substitute a few words here and there, and then call it their own.

The point here is the thoroughness and quality of such "rewrites," wherein, the absolutely most excellent content version will be the one that was CREATED by an original author in most cases.

While it's true that an online author can "GET BY" with merely 30% copied content, should not he or she aim for COMPLETE originality bey either creating a brand new story, or at the very minimum, rewriting that same story with a brand new and fresh perspective?
