Feedback wanted for my Squeeze page

Hi Guys,

I'm a little left of centre on this forum as i'm not really an IM guy, i'm a bricks and mortar business working as a building broker. We design homes, manage the tender and builder selection process and the construction area. (As a side note, i am about to launch my first IM product shortly, so i'm not just a B&M guy).

What I'm looking for is opinions from any of you who are solid internet sales people on my squeeze page Custom House Design Service Perth I have links to this page from Adwords and Facebook so it's important that i generate leads. I have previously linked to my home page with limited success, and realised it's not the best strategy.

Basically my target market is 35-60yr olds looking to build a home. These people AREN'T making an impulse decision, rather a pretty serious consideration to build a home upwards of $500,000.

I'd love to hear what you think of the page and any help and feedback would be greatly appreciated.

    Nice site, Steve.

What I would do to improve opt ins would be to make a more enticing offer for them to part with their email... something like a free report on building tips.

Secondly, I'd move the opt in form to somehwere more prominent on the page.

But overall, I like your site, it's designed well and all the best!

Hi Steve - yep that is a good looking site BUT

I'm going to address the question you asked you said - "what do you think of my Squeeze page"

I'd say there is FAR too much info on there. If you had the video only on there and your text ...
There's nothing like creating a custom house design and building a home that was individually created for you, your family and your lifestyle.
Helping clients along this pathway is one of our greatest passions for that very reason. Find out what custom house design can offer you -

      (I'm no copy writer)

You would then get more optins when they submit the email - Then I would give the - Here are a dozen reasons why you should use Your Building Broker to create your new custom house design; Information. They add an email you give then quality content they need to know

I say this because the video and the main intro text is just to make the visitor optin - the purpose of a "squeeze page"

It's often said that too much info on an optin page will kill your conversion rate - anyway just my 2 cents I hope it makes sense

    1. In order for someone to give you their email address you must offer some incentive to give readers a reason to opt-in. Perhaps a free report "Revealed: Seven Mind-Blowing Facts You Will Need To Know Before Building A Custom Home."

    2. A "We, we we" letter talks about the writer of the salesletter rather than talking about the customer. Example: We are proud..." "We do this, we do that, we believe...etc."

You have a "We, we, we" website. "Our leading new home designer has won several awards...

Our clients love our service as we remove all the stress and headaches...

We’ve been told some of our competition have been using

We are all HIA Green Smart Professionals and utilise our knowledge

...we narrow down a choice of builders..."

Save this information for the free report. Oh yes, read Dan Kennedy's "The Ultimate Salesletter" book before re-writing the page.

    3. It took me a minute to realize the information in the center of the page is a testimonial. Italics is a font style that is difficult to read. Can you put a box around the testimonial, of somehow make it stand out as a testimonial?

BTW: Joe Bradley has a WSO about his ebook "10 Step To Top Ranking In Google." He uses a specific example of a local brick and mortar business to show how to achieve top ranking. It's a very good read.

Go to the WSO section and do a search on "Joe Bradley "10 Step To Top Ranking In Google"

    I hope these help.

To many places to click = less leads.

Focus only on the building tips offer + access to building tips video... in return for their email address.

Then go through the conversion process... get some metrics as a benchmark and aim to improve.

      Good luck!
