How Can I Ask My Website Visitors Questions?

I want to get my visitors interacting a bit more with my site.
What I'd like is to do do is ask them a few yes/no questions with simple radio button answers and then give them a little paragraph underneath with some recommendations depending on their answers.
I'm sure something to create this exists, but I'm a tech dunce and don't even know what to search for.
Anyone point me in the right direction?

What you are looking for is a Poll or Survey script. There are a ton of free scripts to accomplish this... just do a search for 'free survey script'

Can I ask you, if you have done any research to see if this will work?
I'm not a big fan of online polls and questions, I never seen if produce much in the way of money. But you can try, maybe it will work for you.

I don't really want a survey, because I don't want people to have the ability to leave the site to check results, etc. I just want a bunch of radio button questions and when they submit they get a paragraph underneath the questions that obviously usually recommends they purchase one of my products.

I don't need nor really want any of the advanced functionality or care what the visitors say when they answer the questions so it doesn't need to be saved, just react to it. I know AJAX can do this and I think it's pretty simple, I'd just rather find a way to do it with software rather than elance.
