How do you monetize your article/article marketing?

Hey fellow Warriors,

I'm mainly a paid traffic kind of guy and I am currently researching SEO, mainly article marketing. I know it can be a profitable area of IM and I love diversifying my incomes and this will be a way that I am going to attempt to do just that! :p

I just had a quick question, that I would like some opinions on. I've searched and only found a couple threads with a few answers.

How do you monetize your articles?

Do you use Adsense/Amazon on a ton of different sites? (100+ sites making $1 a day =$100+ a day)
Build a list?
Straight up lead them to a Clickbank sales page from EZA?

Any other ways? Haha:p

I believe the best way is to capture their email address by using articles to send them to a squeeze page offering more information by entering their name and email... which in other words... having a list you could resell them...

Totally agree with The Bad Blogger,

I'm going to simplify things here...

Squeeze page + build a list + build a relationship + sell stuff = AWESOME

Send them anywhere else from your articles = NOT AWESOME

    I've done a combination of

    Amazon, Clickbank and List building.

For me, I've found it depends on the niche I am writing about. I also tend to use Amazon by itself but combine clickbank and listbuilding.

But the only way I've found out what works for each niche is by writing articles and testing, I'd be really surprised if you can guess what works and get it right first off.

But yes building a list always has its benefits and does deliver some great results if done right.

I have also done AdSense in the past but it is not the greatest earner when used in isolation.

    Again, always try combinations.
