        I've been using disk.com for at least 5 years and like them. It's affordable even if you don't do big product launches.

    If I understand correctly Kunaki only does CDs, jewel cases, and DVD-style cases. They don't, however, fulfill printed materials like the binded report or certificate featured in the pic in the OP.

    If you have one of the cds, you can find out by looking at the centre of the disk and doing a search on the numbers there.
