Articles have been proven high producing top marketers. Every article has around 600 views. How to select keywords or simply use main keywords of a niche?

Do they need to rank high at Search Engines to have around 600 views or submit at main articles directories also generate traffic?

    Something can rank high but get no views... use google keyword tool to find high traffic but low competition keywords.

    So you're asking how to rank your articles on the search engines?

    Try this instead - Take a keyword tool and dig into keywords for whatever niche you're interested in. Evaluate those keywords based on the top 10 results for that keyword. If you see any web 2.0 properties ranking in the top 10, you have a shot at ranking for that keyword.

    I would then create a site around that keyword and a few similar ones. Try to buy an exact match domain, if possible. Add unique content and start to build quality backlinks. Then, submit your articles that you placed on your site to other article directories for some additional leverage (traffic).

    Find 3 keywords that you can target, include 1-2 of them in the title. Use each keyword 1 time for every 100 keywords, then turn 2 of them into anchor text in your resource box. You'll rank for a lot of different keywords, thus bringing in more traffic.

    Like stated above, you want to check out your keywords and submit your articles to directories. (traffic geyser) is a great tool but it's not free. What every keywords you use make sure you use them in the tittle, main body of the story (1-4%), the description and meta tags.
