Hello,

Month ago (19 december)I've purchased a product with 30-days money back garantee. Product is expensive and internet marketer is well-known.

So I choose to pay in parts.

After some days testing, I saw that the product doesn't cost so much and ask for refund.

My first message I've sent 11 January - no answer, second message was sent 12 January etc.

Yesterday, I've received message that no problem to refund and nothing.

This morning from my credit card were withdraw money again.

What to do in this case? Is it possible to have money back or block my credit card?

Maybe someone was in my situation and can advise what to do?

Thank you.

Did you buy the product direct or via Clickbank?

You said they would refund but then took more money?

Can you explain a bit better without naming the product or the vendor how you bought it?

Edit - Your 30 days is almost up and if it's 30 days it's not Clickbank. Time is of the essence, tell your credit card company not to pay again whatever happens.

hopefully you bought product with American Express. They are the best in helping you fight charges that are not correct. If not, learn from this and get yourself an amex card.

It sounds like you purchased a recurring payment product since funds were again taken from your credit card. Since you mention credit card, it appears you did not use Paypal.

Did you order the product from Clickbank and find your credit card was charged? Or directly from the vendor?

You should be able to cancel a recurring fee at Clickbank or call your credit card company and stop future payments. Plus be sure to keep a record of all your emails and dates you contacted them.

Yes, you are right, it's a recurring payment product. That so I sent my first message for refund one week earlier.

Unfortunatelly, It wasn't clickbank product. I have good experience working with clickbank.

I bought through website and it was just one option -credit card.

Yesterday they promised me to refund but today (it's already 30 days) they withdraw money again.

I was in the same situation months ago.

All the process it took some time to completed and finally I got my money back.

I just needed to communicate with the site twice to reminded them that I wanted a refund !

    Then all went smoothly.

So the best you can do is to communicate with the site again !

If you have bought the product through Clickbank, you can ask for refund from the support. You can find this in the email they sent you after you purchase the product.

If it's not from Clickbank & you pay through Paypal. Cancel the subscription in your Paypal account.
