Good Karma List Machine Wordpress Plugin?

I got version 2 of Frank Kern's Good Karma List Machine but I would like to add the opt in box to my side bar in my blog and have the next page be another page on my blog.

Does anyone know of a wordpress plugin that will do this?

            You can buy it from the person who made it for $97 with no support, and not generating referral links at all. and the "logical explanation" for that is:
            - your wordpress theme is not like all the rest .... ?!?
            - you need to change your autoresponder system .... it supposedly works with 10 different systems but apparently only one is really working and you need to change to that

            and if you even dare to ask why the people who sign in do not get recorded in the "users report" area ... silence. ... as they say silence is worth a thousand words!!!

            I basically paid $97 for something that doesn't work, my wordpress site was blamed for the plug in not working and were reminded that any question about:

            "why it's not working" ... can be answered: this is a support question and we do not offer support

              Don't think that you're talking about the same thing. Shoving scripts in wordpress isn't usually very simple, just because wordpress adds so much code on its own. If you can't find the plugin, just leave it be.
