YouTube - Help With 27m Views And CPA

Hi everyone

I need some help with my youtube video i have over 27m views and i get 1.6m views a month but i justdont know what cpa offers wil work well wth this video.

I tryed ipads, iphones and itunes and i get only about 10 - 20 clicks a day i dont know why?
Do you know what cpa offers might work with this video or if you think the cpa offers i have are good to use do you think you could help me out by giving me a good catchy call to action to get people to click the link?
