1 Mistake to avoid in info product creation that I'm trying to solve

I've been getting as many free reports as possible, just to check out what other people are doing.

You can learn a ton from that!

One thing I noticed pretty consistent in a lot of them is on their PDF's, when they have outbound links (links to resources, article submission sites etc), the links take the reader right off of the page (the pdf) and onto the page that was linked to.

The Solution I thought was working
Make sure you give the link a "target_blank" command. What that means is when you click on it, it opens up a new tab, keeps your current tab open and doesn't lose the PDF you were on. I have attached an image of how you can do this in Open Office.


Turns out, this is still an issue - I think there is Java Script you have to put somewhere... I'm still trying to figure this out!

    Article directories usually do something similar. EZA auto formats your links to make them open up using a new tab or window.
