EDIT---All of a sudden everything was typing backwards. That was the first time I have ever experienced this....Had to have bee a Java thing.

  You might have reversed the screen - my cat managed to turn my upside down.
  
  Use ctrl + alt + right pointing arrow (or left). That should sort it out, hopefully - if the whole screen has reversed.
  
  If it's just the text - what program are you using?
  
  edit: - see you posted that antivirus sorted you out, while I was typing this!!
