If I have a list of products, whats the best way to get in contact with people who can become affiliates to sell those items?

For the record, we only make high quality items! =)

I'm still new to IM (I've been focusing on offline business)

    There are a number of ways to get affiliates. One good way is to put it up on clickbank.

    You can also approach folks who are in the same niche. reciprocity is usually something that they will look at I have gotten promotions from some bigger guys by emailing them directly. I won't say how I did it but there are a variety of ways
