Have you ever thought about sending traffic to someone else's squeeze page to help build their list in exchange for a solo ad?
Say if you had just a free site and not enough money to get a good autoresponder you could tell them, "I'll send all of my traffic for one month to your lists in exchange for one solo ad"
If you had no site you could do it by guest posting.
Obviously it would depend on how much traffic you bring in and how big their list is. But it would be like a micro JV deal!
