  Alice Seba and Mila Sidman had some of the best quality PLR that I've used.
  They do have a rule not found in other PLR sites that you can't rebrand the PLR directly with your name or company name - you have to say something like "Presented by".
  
  They have PLR sites in a lot of different markets - too many to list right here. But you could start at AliceSeba.com

Which niche or topic do you need plr on? I put up a couple of plr wsos each month, and I mainly sell weight loss stuff. However, I don't have a membership- just no time to commit myself to one, LOL!
