You will need to give us more information: what is the purpose of your site? Is it a site intended to be informational? Are you trying to sell a product or service? Do you have a blog associated with your site, or is it static content?

Take a look at Oxbloom's comment... what does the big giant ad on your site have to do with stopping sweating??

Seriously - please consider your audience. If they come there to learn about stopping their sweating, they want info on doing just that.

Use ads that are RELATED to that topic.

Let's take another example.... if you put up a site about getting rich online, but when people get there, it's got lots of content/ads about dog grooming, you're not going to convert them either.

My tips:

1) Use only related ads/products/info
2) Consider what the audience WANTS, not what they need or you think they SHOULD want - then give it to them
3) Have a sign-up form for a free short report on stopping sweating, make it actually have value, then offer them an affiliate product on it (or your own product)

I can't find anything to buy, or any lists to opt in to...are you hoping to make all your money off ad clicks? If so, this is your problem.

The video on the main page doesn't load for me. Your offer on the right goes to white hat copy cat, which is a make money product. You need to find a product that deals with how to stop sweating. There must be something on clickbank that deals with sweating.

Here's a product. There are others:

Plus, the link that you are sending to that white cat copy cat doesn't even have your affiliate ID. You're not going to make any money with that link.

Ok here is why you're not making money.
First your about me page is empty....people need to trust you before they will click on any links or banners on your site.
Speaking of banner... that huge banner on top right hand side, that's a clickbank offer, I see two things wrong there: 1 you don't have your nickname set up right if you point your mouse over the banner all you see is xxxxx and it should be your nickname, 2, if you ask me a stop sweating website shouldn't be selling a money making program, some people might not agree with me but that's my answer.

Finally are you advertising your blog? are you getting backlinks? if not you should because that's the way you will get visitors and sales.

Now taking into account the good things others have said, I need to add one thing that shouldn't make you feel like you have more work to do but instead should encourage you. Simply, you need more traffic try and raise the traffic up to around 3000 to 5000 UV PM after you have put the correct sweat only related content on there.

I noticed the facebook link under social networking does not open to an existing page. I personally believe you should be focusing on facebook. This is where people are right now, everyday and they are addicted to it. Whatever you have to offer, get it in front of people where they are. Focus on your facebook page, build a business page and learn how to promote it plus how to get your fans to promote for you. Websites are becoming more obsolete as social networks take over the internet.
