I want to host my video, then to display it on my website, and it's more than 15 minutes (youtube won't work it out), then what cheap reliable services to do this that you recommend, mate?

You can set up an account with jing, ok the videos will only be 5mins long but you spread that over 3 videos, its free and one of the best methods that i've found, if not the try s3

Amazon s3 is a great way to to. I like to use ezs3 as the management interface for Amazon s3. It allows you to create players on the fly and generally makes things easier.
Firefox s3 Fox is a handy plugin for uploading files to s3. S3Fox Organizer(S3Fox)

Save it as a flash file (.swf or .flv) and embed it in a simple html page (or embed the html code into Wordpress). If you have Camtasia, this is quite easy to do. Then simply upload it all to your website. I've done this myself on several sites without any problems - even on shared hosting accounts.

Most people aren't going to get thousands of visitors coming to their websites, so this approach is perfectly acceptable. Amazon s3 is really only necessary if you're expecting lots of traffic to your website (and therefore lots of bandwidth usage due to your video playing).

It is better to embed in one of your html page. So save it as .flv and you can have it on your site.

If you've got an account at Hostgator or Bluehost, you've got "unlimited" bandwidth--and if you're not getting thousands of hits each month, just put the video up there. If you're using a wordpress blog, you can get a FREE plugin called ProPlayer (it's awesome). Just search for it in the "add plugins" area.

agree, you can selfhost if you don't have a lot of views, else s3 plus flowpayer

youtube now allows more than 15 mins but you need to have had an account opened for a 'while' and be in good standing, which is fairly vague. I have 3 accounts that allow over 15 mins and I am not a 'partner'
