Thank Nathan for revealing this idea.
I just have two questions. How long should be suitable for the VDO? Would it be helpful if we submit the same VDO to Youtube? Jim |

Nathan, this looks pretty cool, just one question:
You only mention buying one product in the process but you said that startup capital to buy 5 products is necessary. Where do the other 4 products come into play? many thanks |

So put 3 videos on the same page? He didn't say anything about reveiwing or purchasing more than one product. They way I understood it is that you just put 1 video on the page and nothing else but maybe a headline | |

Thank you for this great information. It's inspiring. Just one question.
Do you ever make comparison reviews for products in the same category, and then recommend which one is best? I wondering if it is better to make more than 1 video in this case? Thanks |

Great post, you show people that you have really bought and reviewed the product instead of stealing someone elses copy without even seeing the product.
Once again, great stuff honesty and integrity pays off - big time! Both newbies and old marketers can learn a thing or two here. |

I have to say I like this because I was personally bulls## the other day when I bought a product on Clickbank and went through it had a question about one point that I thought I saw in the sales page, went back to clickbank to try to find it and as I was leaving the page it did a "sorry to see you go, we'll give you a discount" then I xed out of that and it did it again, it brought the over 20 dollar ebook I bought down to the person could have gotten it for 7!!
My bad for actually "BUYING" it but I was so POed at that tactic I will NEVER buy from that vendor again. I know it's a "strategy" but that burned my britches. |

First, always focus on a product with a % of total sale of at least $13.00 USD or more. Secondly, choose a product that also has a % referred rate of 70% or higher. Third, always choose a product on Clickbank if you want to make money with a gravity of 50 or higher. Gravity tells you how popular a product is based upon how many affiliates have been successful in selling that product within the past 30-60 days. Focus on 50 or higher but beware of gravity ratings in the 250-300 range or higher. While it's a great indication that the product is saleable, you can expect too much competition.
Always go for products that interest you as well. It will make you much more enthusiastic about promoting that product. Remember if you like the product so will other's and the more people that like it the more will buy and the more $$$ you will make. ~Partner Guy |

Great post, I had never thought of using a screen capture video program. I've been "sorta" doing this, but just typing up a review.
Thanks for the tip, maybe this will help me get that CDR cleared on clickbank.lol |

I have had a review site before (this is how I made a few bucks online... I never stuck long enough with it to be honest), and it did convert some visitors. I never went to this extent though. I can see how it would be VERY successful. Thanks for the share!

Hey guys,
I'm working on this idea at the moment, it's my first real IM effort. Although last year I ran a blog and made 2 sales via clickbank. What I've done so far: * I've chosen a niche that I'm interested in an that has some good products on clickbank that give a commission between $30 and $90. * I've also registered a domain name which includes the words 'reviews' and the name of the niche. * I've installed Wordpress and put it after XXXXX.com/blog My next step is to get Camtasia and do a review for one of the products I already own. Though this will mean that I won't be able to show how you actually download the product. It's quite expensive (more than $200) so I'd rather not buy it again (maybe, I can find the original download link somewhere). The reason why I'm using Wordpress is that I'm a complete newb and I hope that wordpress will make things a bit easier for me in terms of SEO, link building etc. I have a question: I'm not quite sure how to structure the site. One of the important things seems to be having a page that automatically plays the video and redirects the user. To do this do you think I should create seperate pages for each video review with no side bar. Then have another page with a list of links to each review? This way I can use the blog for short articles and maybe short written reviews. I'm just wondering if this is a good way to go as I'm aware that users that arrive at the site will have lots of options to click around the site if I have a blog and written reviews and thus will be less likely to click on the video reviews. I'm thinking I could set up a really simple page on the root with direct links to 5 video reviews. What do you guys think of this idea? |

Nathan,
I don't know what's better the killer technique or the fact you didn't leave anything out of the process! Most "gurus" would leave out a small nugget that stops you dead in your tracks, you didn't and that's very refreshing. Much appreciated, Neil |

No one has said anything about if the product doesn't deliver or turns out to be a scam (there are plenty of those on CB.) You can't know that just by reading it or watching videos about the topic. That's a problem with those CB products that have tons of affiliates. Common sense says that most of them are just trying to make a buck & haven't actually reviewed the product. You have to TRY the methods out to know for sure if it really works. And if you promote a product that turns out to be bad, not only will there be a charge back but there goes YOUR reputation along with the product creator's. I know it's a LOT more time consuming (work) to do an actual review but I think it's more honest.

Cynthia,
I think the key is to choose a niche that you are really interested in or have personal experience of. I could never recommend products that I believe in or have no personal interest in. No amount of prospective money could motivate me to put in the effort required and most importantly my personal ethics won't let met cheat other people. I'm only interested in promoting products I like, hopefully I can still make money that way. |

I say, this is very good. I remember reading somewhere that the future of review sites was in videos.
If you're building a list, this would be a great way to do it. Make them subscribe in order to get the video. |
