This is very good information, I do need to add here that usually when you are going to make a review site on a clickbank product, contact the creater and ask for a copy of the product so that you can further review the details of it. I have done this before and in most cases product owners are more than happy to do this if you sound serious about it (mostly because if your an owner of a product you want to have as many affiliates as possible).

Thank you to all that have shared here. I have seen one site that provides video testimonies, and encourages affiliates to use them. This takes that a step farther in bringing the customer to the sing-up page, not just why they should become a customer.

Myself, I do purchase the item, and then write the review. Yes, I'll look at a sales page, even look at what is coming around the corner, yet till it is in it's final release, I will not do a "sneak peak". And I give honest reviews, mentioning who the product would be good for, who should skip it, etc.

I noticed a couple questions. I'll try to address them, yet each person and site is different, so even thou something may claim "One Size Fits All", it really should read "One Size Fits MOST", and in this case, even that isn't true. Yet here it goes.

You are going to be creating a video with the finished length of 4 to 5 minutes in total. You can have a headline, sub-head, a paragraph or two to explain what the video is about and why watch it, the video, then a paragraph or two as to why to purchase if you want. Heck, you could do a whole sales/landing page if you want, doesn't matter as most videos include a pause/stop button on it somewhere. So if the customer is interested in the written review they can watch the video after reading the review.

As to having the video jump to the sales page after it concludes it is a matter of what your screen capture software can do. More costly software doesn't always mean more powerful or capable, so don't think you have to spend $$$ for just one feature. In the screen capture software I use I can add a jump to link at the end, along with a button that the customer can push to take them to my affiliate link sales page.

How do you embed the video into your page? Well, the software should be able to tell you that, just hit the help button, or read the manual that came with the software. Also, you can upload the video to a place like YouTube, and then get the needed code to embed it into your review page. The main problem with this is that you will see the YouTube bug (logo), and so the customer may think that it isn't your video, you are trying to capitalize off of someone elses work. Also, a platform like WordPress (WP) and Joomla (J!) offer plug-ins/widgets/components that let you embed the video into your page/article/post - just a matter of finding one that works for you.

You can create an overview/comparison page listing 3 to 20 products if you want, and include an intro text for each item, maybe with your rating, and a read more link. If you do this you may want to include a screen shot, or some image from the affiliate page from the product you are reviewing. Then on the full review page include the video. Look at sale/landing pages that you like, and use video for capturing the customer. What do you like about that page, and why?

Thanks to all that shared tips and ideas in addition to the main post. The idea of using Amazon's S3 to host videos is good, especially if you have restrictions placed on you by your hosting company as to what you can host, the bandwidth, etc. There are other companies that specialize in hosting nothing but videos and other special forms of multi-media, so have a look around.

And yes, this is not restricted to just ClickBank, it could be used if you are a vendor for say a drop-ship company, and want to promote your own on-line store. ShareASale, Commission Juction, and PayDotCom are some other affiliate programs that if you are a member of could benifit from these ideas.

Read the topic, not missing anything, and then read the manual with the software that came with your screen capture software. And don't be affriad to read everything twice (or more if needed) to get the most out of what has been presented.

Making money online could be a reasonable goal for a newbie if Nathan's directions were followed.

In Clickbank there is often more than one product closely the same that you could review.

I got a years hosting with GoDaddy the other day for around 60-70 aussie dollars.

Domains are around $10

Buy three clickbank products and use Nathans method.

Put the web address of the sales page for each product into Google's Keyword Tool and choose keywords to use with Adwords.

Create many different campaigns and ad groups.

Different campaigns to target different countries, different ad groups for different keywords.
Try not to have more than 10-15 keywords in each group and make sure to have the keyword ideally in every line of the ad - even in the url address you choose. Each time the keyword entered by the google searcher appears in your ad it will come up bold.

Set max bid at 25-30 cents and set daily maximum to whatever you want to spend daily.
