The "old" forum used Snitz and your signature links were done using BB Code, I think it was, but whatever it is...it doesn't work and read correctly with the vBulletin software.
So...you will need to go into your user CP and edit your signature. You can also choose to use the full blown WYSIWYG for your posts and the creation of signature lines. Sorry TimTim, the Firefox addon just went bye bye!
Check your links and make the adjustment so that they will read correctly AND that they will actually work when clicked!
