Such ask --

Why don't you ask the companies themselves? You might get a better answer as to how the money moves around.

And you're still planning to do business with them, and to attach your own reputation to their efficiency, professionalism and so on? Good luck with that ...

My revenue doesn't go to the fulfillment company, it goes into my accounts. I only pay them for shipping & handling. However, I don't use the companies you mentioned.

Like Ron said, they don't pay you, you pay them.
They are fulfillment companies. They don't take your orders, you do and then you tell them what and where to ship to.

oh ok, so we make the sales via an external merchant account?

the customer give their shipment address.

and I collect this money via this merchant account.

I then forward this address to the Fulfilment company and pay them.

The Customers payment, - fulfilment costs = a good profit. - correct?

Lets say Mike Filesaime for example releases a physical course, what would be his procedure? (lets say he uses one of the companies above). Can you outline the procedure in this made up example.

Entry, here's the process in short:

-Customer visits your site and buys your product.
-Customer makes a payment with either PayPal or creditcard. Money goes into YOUR account.
-YOUR payment system notices the person has paid, brings him to the Thank You page.
-YOUR payment system automatically fires an email with the name/address/etc to the fulfillment company.
-Fulfillment company produces the requested goods and sends it to the customer.
-Fulfillment company sends you an invoice every 30 days.*

*Every fulfillment company has it's own payment terms. Most common is the NET 30 term. Which means they'll send you an invoice once a month, which you need to pay within 30 days.
