Integrated IM Dashboard?

I'm looking for some software that can pull all my IM channels together and build nice, client-friendly reports. Kind of like an analytics package, but with cost data for my search and display campaigns.

Any ideas?

    I haven't heard of any software that does that. Maybe you should try and create it.

    I'm surprised, no one has heard of or built something like this already! How hard is it to add Doublelick and other ad servers to the list of supported APIs?

    I agree. may be it's their way to get more sales in the future. for instance, people will buy the programs they'll get this time then they'll develop a new program that will deal with other IM concerns and then sell it again. Hence, they'll get more profit from buying the program alone or just for updates. just a thought though.
