Thanks To WF Support
My password was reset by WF and I couldn't retrieve it because the captcha didn't work, so I contacted support and opened a ticket. Within 60 seconds they'd manually reset my password and updated the ticket. Wow.
Credit where it's due. That was impressive.
Now I guess I'll have to post more often! ;-)
