Trouble signing up for FACEBOOK fanpage

Am I the only 1 not being able to find the "create a page" button on FB

I have an older (2yr old) account that I created a page on long time ago, BUT I signed up for another FB account and basically unable to find that button

Or maybe I'm going blindy

    On the left side of your news feed, click on the down arrow that says More.

    Then click on the link that says Ads and Pages.

    Then on the left side menu there will be an option that says Pages.
