  Find a Group which deals with data entry jobs and then post some valuable content like an article which really provides value to the reader..In that article, you can include your link..

Web 2.0 properties, blog commenting, best of all press releases. None of these individually will give you tons of traffic. You need to use a mixture of techniques.
