Trying to get a refund from Clickbank,need help??

Hi Fellow Warriors,

I bought spudidly a Website subscription from a clickbank vendor and immediately asked for a Cancelation which is done, but i had not been able to get them to refund the amount i paid for it.The cancelation was asked for next day from purshase, i have been so far re-opening the tickect that says that subscription canceled, by telling them that is fine but I needed the refund, they keep telling me the ticket is closed.Can someone tell me what to do? how reclaim the payment? i tried to chat with someone there, no way to be reached.Is there any other way i can do that? Please help if you can.

    Follow the link on the receipt to the the technical support area of clickbank and in the list of calls you can submit you'll find request refund... i think it's under others

    Every time you purchase through Clickbank, you will receive a receipt/invoice via email. In it under Customer Service it reads "If you need additional customer service ClickBank will be happy to assist you.
    To make a customer service inquiry with regard to this purchase, please visit: http://clickbank.com/cs/?......"

    Click on that link. On the new page, click on Get Support. On the new page, select a reason. Click and select More Options. You will get a choice of Tech Support Request or Refund Request. Select Refund Request, fill out a reason and submit it.

    Within a few days you will get a refund.

    If you purchase through Clickbank always go through this procedure to get a refund. Going through the person who created the product will be a waste of your time.

      Not always, I myself run several Clickbank products and always escalate refund requests to Clickbank to action immediately upon recieving them.

      I guess it depends on whether you want to try and solve whatever has made you unhappy with the purchase with the vendor first or whether you just want the cash back as fast as possible.

      Unless the vendor has completely ripped you off I think its better to go to them first and explain why you want a refund so they can at least try and improve that area for other people. Only go direct to Clickbank if you have no luck with the vendor.
