Mass e-mail/list management software - Looking for testers

I recently developed mail list software. I am posting this because I am looking to take on a few people for testing purposes. The thing is ready to go, I just need some feedback because everything can always improve!

I developed the software because I do IM, and wanted something simple I could run on my server to manage, and send to all of my lists. It has since come a long way!

The software has everything ready to go, and also has an auto installation system to make things easy. Just upload to your server/host, follow the steps, and you will be ready to go! I'll even set it up for you if you need a hand.

We left out double opt in confirmation because users of other services had said that they didn't want it.

I will add the option for double opt in confirmation tonight.

I have been using the software for my own personal Internet marketing and It has helped in so many ways.

I didn't want to pay a monthly fee to use another companies system. I wanted my mail list right there on-site with me. Now when I start a new affiliate marketing campaign or site mail list, I just need to log in to the Snidge IM Mailer, generate an HTML form code, add that code to my landing page, and my users can opt-in to my list.

It has just what I need to effectively manage my mail lists for my multiple sites, and product marketing.

I started the software because I realized I had like 30 + growing mail lists with no point to them because I had no way to send mail, or do anything with it. It was just a list of people! I didn't want to pay for management with another company as I mentioned above. Now it makes it easy to keep track of things. I can send out mass e-mails, individual e-mails, make personalized e-mails to my users, Manage the users, auto-response messages when a user subscribes, & more.

As my lists develop further, the software will too. That is why I need testers, basically to jump start the whole process so that we can add in everything and share it with the world.

You can just copy/paste a list of e-mails into the program at once to make it quick. What type of file were you thinking?

Double opt-in is the ONLY way to go. Otherwise your system will soon be full of fluff (eg. invalid data and spam trap addresses) and your deliverability will suffer. Trust me, the last thing you want is people uploading lead lists they acquired from third parties.

Cover all your bases upfront and it should be smooth sailing for you!

We have now installed a working online demo of IMMailer. We have added even more features since originally posted. To get access to the demo you will need to contact us!

Perhaps in the future we will add this feature. We are constantly adding to it.

That being said, IMmailer is really growing in popularity since launch. We have received tons of possitive feedback and I'd like to thank everyone for their suggestions during development!

I will probably add some form of form processing in the future, but since there are so many ways forms can work with one autoresponder to the next, as well as waiting for servers to respond, etc. is an issue.
