Coaching Program (How does this setup look?)

I have begun work on an affiliate program which will be called: "Wow Coaching - Players Helping Players" and I was wondering if you could take a look at what I have so far.

For starters, coaches would pay 24.95 per month to get a newsletter from me with tips as well as be listed on my coaching site. Players would then go to the coaching site, find the coach listed there and contact them to get coached. Coaches then provide a one hour session with the person and require that the player pays them $10 for the hour of coaching (I will show coaches how to use paypal). That $10 is not touched by me and is therefore 100% profit to the coach. Players can then rate their coach from 1-5 to provide feedback for future players looking for coaches.

Since I have the largest playerbase in the niche (10,000+ on my blog alone, let alone social media sites), the fee would cover exposure to this audience as well as every other coach's audience.

Besides the hourly coaching, coaches can earn an additional 12.47 per month by referring additional coaches to the program. I will instruct coaches to direct players to their coaching page on my site as well as the coaching program itself. That way they have the opportunity to make money from coaching someone, make money from a new coach getting set up and finally they share their players with all the other coaches.

Many of the coaches will have websites and fanbases of their own, so they will all be adding to the 'pot' of players who visit the site for coaching help. Since coaches can cover any aspect of this mmo, it will hopefully become a resource for players to go for one on one help.

Since it will be through clickbank, I can offer a refund to coaches who are unable to make back their initial 24.95 per month before the end of the second month (the 60 day standard gaurantee).

How does my plan look so far? Are there holes?

I have coded the entire system already by hand and am now hiring a pitch page designer and web designer to make it look nicer, as well as develop a free ebook to help coaches learn to make money. I'll essentially be showing players how to make money playing wow, which will be one of the catch phrases I use as well. I'll also be blasting to all the super affiliates in the niche regarding the coaching referall program. I think it has potential to be a big hit in this niche.
