Exactly as Kevin says, you need to make it a really good blog/site, keep developing it (Google loves regularly updated sites and so do potential customers) and keep getting exposure for it.

The thing is: the "other techniques" for selling Clickbank products involve various different procedures almost all of which involve "having a blog/site" as their last/last-but-one stage of the process, anyway.

The bottom line, really, is that meaking any steady money by promoting Clickbank products involves both of two fundamental things:-

(i) Pre-selling effectively (which is, in a sense, another way of saying "having a blog/site"), and ...

(ii) Building lists, building relationships with potential customers by email and providing them with valuable information/content.

You say "even with the highest gravity products" as if you'd expect their earnings to be higher/easier because they're the highest gravity products? My guess, from my own experience and a lot of what I've heard and learned from others, would tend to be slightly the opposite, if anything.
