How Long To Get a "Warriors Lookiing To Hire You" Post Approved?

I need to hire someone and posted my job onto the Warriors For Hire forum around 10:00. It is almost 3 hours later and the post still has not been "approved" by a moderator.

I've not used this forum to hire Warriors before. Can someone with more experience let me know how long it usually takes?
