Affiliate customer path question.
I am beginning to set up mini-sites to sell digital information products in various niches.
I am considering a few good affiliate products to get started quicker without having to generate a product of my own.
One question is this:
Standard process I plan on using for my OWN products or product I own rights to would be similar to below.
Squeeze Page-->Sales Page-->Payment Page
Thank You Page-->and finally my Download Page
Do I simply rout them through MY squeeze page, then MY sales page with MY affiliate link?
If I do this won't they then be sent to the Affiliates squeeze and sales pages also?
It seems like routing customers through a bevy of squeeze and sales pages might hurt sales. I want to capture their email for sure but it seems like I may be missing a more lucrative path.
Is there a type of affiliate link, or is it done where they can simply be routed to THEIR payment processor with my affiliate link saving them the trouble?
I guess I'd like to know the preferred customer flow through my automated system when selling an affiliate product?
