Best place for niche MRR products?

I've searched and the results are overwhelming.

Looking for digital info with Master Resell Rights in hot niches. Are there any sites that stand above the rest for obtaining this?

The unselfishmarketer is a pretty good place to find PLR and MRR products as well as a bevy of stuff with user licenses. The sheer range of the niches is incredible.

I am not sure what the asking price is these days as it continues to go up everytime he closes and reopens though. I have had a membership for a few years.

Still, if you have been around IM for any amount of time, I imagine you will see a lot of things that others offer as "bonuses".
