RAP + 2checkout? - Can they work Together?

Many people use 2checkout, between the sales page and their paypal account..

Instead of
Sales page -> payment link
-> paypal account

this
Sales page
-> payment link -> 2checkout (or another 3rd party payment) -> paypal account

Can this additional payment system entered, for your RAP products? so from the RAP sales page they go to the 2checkout, and then paypal, but the same RAP process carrys on (customer email address extraction etc)

Reason for adding the additonal is as people say it is 1 precaution people use, as a measure for paypal not to get suspicious of large volumes of sales.

    No, I don't think the two will integrate.

    But I would worry about volume with paypal. The problem tends to be for several reasons:

    1. Constant withdraw of money. That makes them suspicious.
    2. Events. I experienced this: Webinars tend to be a big no-no. That's how I got 2k stolen from me by paypal.

    I think as long as you leave a decent bit of money in the account, call them and talk to them ahead of time, and then not have webinar's - you should be good. Just be sure to have a back up account ready to go.

      When you call them, to let them know in advance, they log it into their profile.

      Do you have to send them any scanned documents? or other details?

      or just tell them about the launch ahead, and send nothing else?

      Sorry about the 2K. Wont they give it back after 180 days? and why did they keep 2k from you?

        Did a webinar they didn't like - decided to put 2,000 bucks in collateral against me.

        I even called them ahead of time.

        No, they don't ask for documents or anything, unless they want to know anything business related.

        I've made some changes in my business, namely getting a legit Tax ID, keeping more money in my paypal (so it's less risk to them if someone charges back), and been communicating with them (especially upper level customer service and talking to their risk management department)

        Basically, the lessons I learned: Treat your payment processors with respect. Communicate with them constantly, and always have a backup plan.

          $2K collateral against you? what do you mean?

          but in your case you called them,. so i thought they wouldn't have had an issue, but they still did even though you called them? what was the issue?

    I had 2,119 in the account. When they decided to put "collateral" on the account, they basically locked that money permanently.

    I can't touch it, at all. Only when I close the account, and then 180 days after that, will I get that money.
