How many articles do you write per niche?

Some people create and manage only a handful of sites, while others believe in creating as many sites as possible.

I can't see creating site after site without investing some time and effort into promoting them.

Do those who create as many sites as possible understand no one will find their sites unless they're promoted via article or video distribution, or other marketing methods?

How many articles do you write and distribute before moving on to creating a new website or blog?

    At the moment, I'm working on 4 sites in 3-4 niches (one site covers several). My system is to write one article / one blog per site and when I'm done the 4th site, I start over. So it's an ongoing exercise.

    If and when they start making me money on a regular basis, I'll consider starting new sites.

    Getting into too many projects is what got me into this mess in the first place.

    Creating one site after the other gets tiresome. I started focusing on a very few of mine which are quality sites. The same with actually supplying/writing content.

    I think i am at a point where i need to focus WAY, WAY more on SEO and traffic since the sites have plenty of content already. There is no point in putting 100s of articles on a site but neglecting SEO and backlinks. You wont get traffic that way.

    Right now, i would actually say that focusing on ONE (!) site would actually be a feasible strategy. Aka...give me one site in the weight loss niche, make it high quality and rank it hiiiiiiiighhh. You dont need 500 crap sites to make money, just one "mega" site
