Immune to Marketing
I've noticed that over the years I have gone from falling for internet marketing dream sellers to a stone-cold analyst of marketers. Instead of following a pitch page and allowing emotional triggers to go off, I analyze how the page is designed, look at what emotional triggers WANT to go off inside me, etc.
I believe this is the natural evolution of someone exposed to ads and pitch pages over time, no different than ad blindness, except with a twist: I keep reading them to enhance my own.
