Hi guys!
just a quick question for you all! I have just downloaded a brand new app called MMS v3. basically its a buisness dashboard that lets me manage my twitter and Facebook accounts not to mention ping.fm, rss feeds, keyword following twitter people, you get the idea!

anyway when I got the first version last year that had this feature (and still have) that lets me brand my tweets with a clickable link back to any blog/website I own (much like tweetdeck and hootsuite do for their sites)

Anyway v3 have a new feature that lets me brand my facebook status and commenting with another clickable link called a signature as you can see in this screenshot on my fanpage:

Well I have just found out that i can comment on peoples status updates from the app which will include this sig as well! my question regarding this though could it be construed as spamming if I comment on something when someone has posted on my walls (personal, fanpage and group) e.g. is someone posts on my wall a comment and i respond from the app it will show up on their wall as well!

Think thats wrong guys? I do realise its very good for getting traffic and building my GR and alexa rank but not if it means I could be labled as a spammer!

Thoughts...............?

Personally I don't think it's spamming, I actually think it's awesome. Keep in mind that outside of this small (relatively) group of programmers and internet marketers, the general internet public doesn't realize that harmless things like that could even be considered spam. As long as it's not blatant and annoying to people, most people won't think twice about it being spam. That's just my opinion.

Cheers thanks! saying that though people post on facebook from places like hootsuite and the like which again is advertising hootsuite and their aps so why mot a little advertising our own sites as long as its not in their faces!
just been checking my analytics and had a load of traffic from facebook today which is ultra cool!
      must post another screenshot later
