Tracking My Stats: No Referring Link?

I am starting to get more and more of these each day (I use statcounter).

I am trying to figure out where these are coming from?

I don't believe people are typing in the URL as it doens'nt roll off the fingertips.

I have submitted some videos with my link and some of the sites don't make it a hyperlink.

That is my best guess. But when looking at views on the videos in does not jive with the amount of no referall link unique visits I'm getting.

I love the traffic but wish I knew where it was from so I could double up my efforts.

Any ideas?
